- 1/2 lb Grated cheese
- 4 Egg yolk
- 1 oz Seasoned flour
- Oil for frying
- 1 c Tomato sauce, as a dip
- Blend egg yolks and cheese to a paste.
- Shape into small balls and pass in seasoned flour then fry in oil til golden brown.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
