Madras Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs
- 2 c Sour Cream
- 2 c Curry Powder
- 1 ts Onion (Grated)
- 2 tb Green Pepper (Grated)
- 2 tb Celery (Grated)
- Seasonings
Preparation:
- Add diced eggs to all other ingredients which have been smoothly blended in blender.
- Consistency is thin.
- Chill, sprinkle with paprika and serve with corn chips.
