- 14 oz Salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 ts Liquid BBQ Sauce
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 tb Onion, grated
- 1 tb Lemon Juice
- 2 ts Horseradish
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 c Walnuts or Pecans, chopped
- 1/4 c Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Combine all except nuts and parsley.
- Shape into a log and roll in the nut mixture.
- Serve with crackers.
