Shrimp Spread
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 ts Mayonnaise
- 4 1/4 oz Can Shrimp Pieces, Drained
- 2 tb Mayonnaise
- 1 tb Lemon Juice
- 1/4 ts Dill Weed
- Sprig Parsley, Stem Removed
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in food processor or blender.
- Process until mixture is smooth.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve on crackers or snack rye bread.
- Yield: 3/4 Cup.
