Southwest Ham and Cheese
Ingredients:
- 6 Cooked Smoked Ham Slices
- 6 Flour Tortillas, 7" Diameter
- 3 Cheddar Cheese, Mild
- 6 tb Vegetable Oil
Preparation:
- Place 1 slice ham on each of 3 tortillas.
- Top each with cheese, another slice of ham and a tortilla.
- Heat 2 T of the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Cook 1 sandwich in oil, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
- Cut into 4 wedges.
- Repeat with remaining oil and sandwiches.
