Tabasco Classic - Classic Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

• 1 qt Tomato Juice
• 1 c Vodka Or Gin
• 1 tb Fresh Lime Or Lemon Juice
• 1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 ts Salt
• 1/4 ts Tabasco Pepper Sauce Or To- Taste

Preparation:

• Combine all of the ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher.
• Stir well and refrigerate until chilled.
• Serve over ice, garnished with lime slices, celery stalks, or Zydeco Green Beans (see recipe).
• For a spicier drink, add more Tabasco sauce.
