Baerenfang

Ingredients:

• 9 oz Honey
• 1 1/16 c Brandy or other 40 % alcohol

Preparation:

• Heat the honey untill it is liquid, best in microwave.
• Fill the alcohol in a bottle and heat in water until it is about the same temperature as the honey.
• Carefully add honey to the alcohol in the bottle,close well and shake good to mix.
• Cool and let stand 2 weeks in cool place, test better the older it is.
