Baerenfang
Ingredients:
- 9 oz Honey
- 1 1/16 c Brandy or other 40 % alcohol
Preparation:
- Heat the honey untill it is liquid, best in microwave.
- Fill the alcohol in a bottle and heat in water until it is about the same temperature as the honey.
- Carefully add honey to the alcohol in the bottle,close well and shake good to mix.
- Cool and let stand 2 weeks in cool place, test better the older it is.
