Anniversary Champagne Punch
Ingredients:
- Rinds from 3 oranges, cut into strips
- Rinds from 3 lemons, cut into strips
- 3 T. sugar
- 3/4 cup cognac or brandy
- 3/4 cup orange flavored liqueur
- 3 bottles champagne
- 2 cups carbonated water
Preparation:
- Place fruit rinds and sugar in punch bowl.
- Pour in cognac and orange flavored liqueur.
- Stir.
- Chill 2 to 3 hours.
- Add champagne and carbonated water before serving.
- Stir gently.
- Serve over ice.
