Frostee Cacao Mocha

Ingredients:

• 1 quart coffee flavored ice cream
• 1 cup lowfat milk
• 1/4 cup light rum
• 1/4 cup creme de cacao
• 1/4 cup bourbon
• Chocolate curls for garnish

Preparation:

• Get out that blender and combine half the ice cream (2 cups) with the milk, rum, creme de cocoa, and bourbon.
• Blend until smooth like a milk shake.
• Pour mixture into 6 of your fanciest dessert glasses.
• Top each with a "mini" scoop of the other 2 cups of ice cream.
• Decorate the Frostee with chocolate curls, candy coffee beans or chocolate mint sticks.
