Frostee Cacao Mocha
Ingredients:
- 1 quart coffee flavored ice cream
- 1 cup lowfat milk
- 1/4 cup light rum
- 1/4 cup creme de cacao
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- Chocolate curls for garnish
Preparation:
- Get out that blender and combine half the ice cream (2 cups) with the milk, rum, creme de cocoa, and bourbon.
- Blend until smooth like a milk shake.
- Pour mixture into 6 of your fanciest dessert glasses.
- Top each with a "mini" scoop of the other 2 cups of ice cream.
- Decorate the Frostee with chocolate curls, candy coffee beans or chocolate mint sticks.
