Champagne Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 2 T. light brown sugar
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup champagne
Preparation:
- Mix orange juice and cornstarch and bring to a boil.
- Simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove form heat while still simmering, stir in brown sugar, strawberries and champagne.
