- 1/2 pint milk
- 3 t. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 t. instant coffee powder
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 jigger Kahlua
- Whipped cream, to top
- Ground cinnamon, to sprinkle
- Heat the first 5 ingredients in a small pan.
- Whisk together until well mixed.
- Just before the mixture comes to the boil, pour into heatproof glasses with handles.
- Spoon some whipped cream on top and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
