Last Call
Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
- 3 jiggers port
- 1 jigger brandy
Preparation:
- Put the ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the port and brandy over the ice.
- Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Variation: To make a Rum and Port, put ice cubes in a highball glass.
- Pour 1 measure white rum and 3 measures white port over the ice and top with ice cold water.
- Stir gently and serve.
