Last Call

Ingredients:

• 4 to 5 ice cubes
• 3 jiggers port
• 1 jigger brandy

Preparation:

• Put the ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
• Pour the port and brandy over the ice.
• Stir vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Variation: To make a Rum and Port, put ice cubes in a highball glass.
• Pour 1 measure white rum and 3 measures white port over the ice and top with ice cold water.
• Stir gently and serve.
