Sensation

Ingredients:

• 4 to 5 ice cubes
• 1 jigger brandy
• 3 jiggers port
• 1 slice lemon peel to decorate

Preparation:

• Put the ice cubes in a mixing glass.
• Pour the brandy and port over the ice.
• Stir vigorously, strain, and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Decorate with the lemon peel and serve.
• Variation: Use white port to make a Port Cobbler and add the juice of 1 lemon.
• Stir vigorously and pour, without straining, into an old fashioned glass.
