Sensation
Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
- 1 jigger brandy
- 3 jiggers port
- 1 slice lemon peel to decorate
Preparation:
- Put the ice cubes in a mixing glass.
- Pour the brandy and port over the ice.
- Stir vigorously, strain, and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Decorate with the lemon peel and serve.
- Variation: Use white port to make a Port Cobbler and add the juice of 1 lemon.
- Stir vigorously and pour, without straining, into an old fashioned glass.
