- 192 cl Blackberry Juice
- 48 cl Cognac
- 96 cl Sugar
- Combine everything except the cognac in a large sauce pan, bring to a boil several times, stirring occasionally.
- Add the brandy and bottle, cork and seal the cordial while still hot. Store in a cool, dark place for several months. Eight quarts of blackberries can be used to extract 1/2 gallon of juice, if you wish to start from scratch.
