- 1 large bunch Celery Salt
- 3 lbs. Sugar
- 2 cakes Yeast
- Boil the celery in a gallon of water for at least 15 minutes.
- Strain and allow to cool, combine with the sugar, lemon slices and the yeast and store in a warm place for several days. Re-strain, seal in a crock pot and allow to ferment for several weeks. Store in bottles for future use.
