- 3 cl Yeast
- 12 cl Brandy
- 2 lbs. Sugar
- 7 lbs. Damsons
- Spread yeast on a piece of toast.
- Slice the fruit, place them in a large pot and pour in a gallon of boiling water.
- Close tightly and allow to stand for several days, stir occasionally. Strain out the juice into a seperate pot, add the sugar and brandy plus the yeast on toast. Seal and allow to ferment. Strain when ready and store a year before used.
