Jo's Mexican Salad
Ingredients:
- 6 cups iceberg lettuce, washed and torn into bite sized pieces
- 1 can ranch style beans, drained (16 oz)
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 2 avocados, peeled and diced
- 2 cups regular size Fritos
- 1 to 2 cups bottled Catalina style dressing
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
- Toss gently to coat with dressing.
- Serve at once.
