Creamy Cole Slaw
Ingredients:
- 3/4 pound cabbage
- 1 1/2 T. sugar
- Dash salt
- 1 1/2 T. cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preparation:
- Clean and shred cabbage very fine.
- Sprinkle sugar and salt over cabbage and let sit in large bowl for 10 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise and cider vinegar together in a small bowl.
- Add to cabbage mixture.
- Mix well and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- This is a quick easy and delicious addition to any meal.
- If you prefer even creamier slow, you may add more mayonnaise to taste.
