Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cooked elbow macaroni -- chilld
- 2 tablespoon Diced pimento
- 1 Hard cooked egg -- fine chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chopped scallion
- 1/4 cup Plain low fat yogut
- 1 dash Pepper
Preparation:
- In medium mixing bowl,combine all ingredients,mixing well.
- Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend.
- At least 1 hour.
