Cranberry Frozen Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cranberries -- ground/fresh
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Miniature marshmallows
- 8 3/4 ounces Crushed pineapple -- drained
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream -- whipped
Preparation:
- Grind cranberries, then measure.
- Add sugar and let stand 12 hours.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Pout into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Freeze until firm.
- Slice before serving.
