Chili Barbeque Sauce
Ingredients:
- 20 oz Apricot preserves
- 1 c Chili sauce
- 1 ea Garlic clove, minced
- 2 t Vinegar, white, distilled
- 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 3 1/2 tb Chili powder
- 1/4 ts Ginger ground
- 1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
Preparation:
- Combine the ingredients in a skillet.
- Cook over hight heat until the mixture boils.
- Reduce heat to a simmer.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Store refrigerated.
