Chinese Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients:

• 3/4 c Catsup
• 3 tb Soy sauce
• 1 tb Liquid smoke
• 1/2 c Brown sugar
• 1 tb Ground ginger
• 2 x Cloves garlic, minced

Preparation:

• Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
