North Carolina: Eastern Style Lemon Mop

Ingredients:

• 1 c Cider vinegar
• 1/2 c Water
• 3 tb Lemon juice
• 3 tb Butter
• 1 ts Cayenne
• 2 ts Tabasco
• 2 tb Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 tb Sugar

Preparation:

• Mix thoroughly and allow time for flavors to blend.
