North Carolina: Eastern Style Sweet and Sour

Ingredients:

• 2 c Cider vinegar
• 1 c Brown sugar
• 1 c Mustard
• 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
• 1 1/2 ts Black pepper
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 ts Tabasco Sauce

Preparation:

• Mix thoroughly and allow time for flavors to blend.
