North Carolina: Western (Smoked Pork)
Ingredients:
- 1 c Tomato sauce
- 1/4 c Ketchup
- 1/4 c White vinegar
- 1/4 c Water
- 2 tb Brown sugar
- 1 tb Paprika
- 2 tb Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 ts Dry mustard
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Chili Powder
- 1/8 ts Cayenne Pepper
Preparation:
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before using.
