South Central Carolina Gold

Ingredients:

• 2 ea Bottles Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 ea Bottle Tabasco Sauce
• 1/2 ga Vinegar
• 1 ea Box Black Pepper
• 1/2 ga Ketchup
• 1 1/2 ea Juice from Lemons
• 1 ea Jar Yellow Mustard
• 3/4 lb Butter
• 4 ea #2 Cans Tomatoes
• 4 ea Vidalia Onions, chopped

Preparation:

• Combine all ingredients and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
• Blend thoroughly in food processor or blender until smooth.
