South Central Carolina Gold

Ingredients:

• 3/4 c Mustard
• 3/4 c Red wine vinegar
• 1/4 c Sugar
• 1 1/2 tb Butter
• 2 ts Salt
• 1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 1/2 ts Pepper
• 1/2 ts Tabasco Sauce

Preparation:

• Mix all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
