Polynesian Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 c Soy Sauce
- 1/3 c Apricot-Pineapple preserves
- 1/2 ts Ginger
- 1/4 ts Garlic powder
- 1 tb Cornstarch
- 1/4 c Water
- Combine first four ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil slowly.
- While sauce is cooking, combine cornstarch and water and add to sauce.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
