Basic Eastern Hot Vinegar Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 qt Cider vinegar
- 1 oz Red pepper, crushed
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- MIx all ingredients well.
- After basting pork, pour remaining sauce in small jars to serve with cooked pork.
