Chinese Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

• 3/4 c Catsup
• 1/2 c Brown Sugar
• 3 tb Soy Sauce
• 1 tb Ground Ginger
• 1 tb Liquid Smoke
• 2 x Cloves Garlic, Minced

Preparation:

• Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
