ASPARAGUS VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Lemon -- juice of
• 2 tablespoons Tarragon vinegar
• 3/4 cup Olive oil
• Chives -- minced

Preparation:

• Pour over fresh cooked asparagus, garnish with sliced pimento`s and chill.
• Serve over lettuce.
