Great Start Crab Dip/Spread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (nonfat) sour cream
- 1 cup (nonfat) cream cheese
- 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper (optional)
- 4 to 8 dashes hot sauce
- 2 (6 ounce) cans undrained crabmeat (flaked)
Preparation:
- 1 cup (nonfat) Salad Dressing (Catalina, French, or Russian)
- 1 In a medium sized bowl mix the sour cream, cream cheese, lemon pepper,
- white pepper (optional), hot sauce, and two cans flaked, undrained crabmeat.
- 2 Add to taste (approximately 1 cup) your choice of nonfat salad dressing
- (Catalina, French or Russian) to make the dip a pinkish color. Mix well. Let
