Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 15 ounce cans artichoke hearts
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Preparation:
- dash of garlic salt
- Drain and rough chop the artichoke hearts. Mix well with mayonnaise,
- cheese and garlic. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350° for 20 to 30
- minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with tortilla
