Raspberry Vinegar II
- Yield: 1 bottle or jar
- 1 qt Wine vinegar
- 6 qt Red raspberries
- Pour vinegar over 2 quarts berries, let stand overnight.
- Strain through a jelly bag onto 2 more quarts berries.
- Next morning repeat this. Then to each pint liquid add
- 3/4 lb. sugar and boil all for 20 minutes.
- Bottle when cold. To serve, mix 2 tablespoons to a glass of
