Cheddar Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 c Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
- 3 tb Onion -- chopped
- 3 tb Green Pepper -- chopped
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1 c Sour Half And Half
Preparation:
- Place first 5 ingredients and 1/4 c sour half and half in a bowl and beat with electric mixer until well blended.
- Fold in remaining sour half and half.
- Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
- Stir before serving.
