Chicken and Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 27 1/2 ounces chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 16 ounces mixed vegetables
- 2 cups cooked chicken -- diced
- 1/2 cup Minute rice
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients, except rice, in large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, simmer 2 minutes.
- Stir in rie, cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
