French Onion Soup
- 3 each Small onions
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 each 10 1/2 oz. can beef broth
- 1 cup Hot water
- 1/2 cup Dry white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 6 each Slice of French bread
- 1 cup Muenster cheese
- Add broth, water, wine, salt and pepper to the sauted onions.
- Cook to boiling and simmer a minute or two.
- Float french bread and Muenster cheese in the bowl.
