Ham and Bean Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Ham (diced)
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Celery stick
- 1 medium Carrot (grated fine)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Catsup
- Hot peppers (optional)
Preparation:
- Mix ingredients in saucepan.
- Cover with water and cook for about 45 minutes.
- Then add 2 cans (16 ounces) of great northern beans, and cook for 15 minutes.
