Leek Soup
Ingredients:
Preparation:
- Peel potatoes and carrots, and cut in not very small pieces (some people do not cut them).
- Clean and cut up the leeks.
- Boil in not too much water, so that at the end you don`t have much left (and do not throw it away!)
- Let it cool (in the fridge if you want).
- Serve in a traditional spanish fashion with salt, oil and either lemon juice or vinegar.
