Marcel Le Moine was admitted for a doctoral promotion in economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam (Nl). He holds a master’s degree in commercial sciences (international relations) and didactical sciences. After a successful career as banker, magistrate and university professor, he founded Patramarc BVBA in 2006.

Thanks to his activities in the academic world, managerial mandates, presiding over joint committees and contact with the supervisors and the authorities, he has gained a profound insight in the various aspects of corporate governance.

 He holds several mandates as independent director and advisor. Marcel is also a member of Guberna. Marcel’s core competences are: interim/change management (CEO/senior executive level), coaching of senior executives and young potentials, succession planning, HR management, strategy, reporting and audit.
