Introduction

Dear pigeon fancier, as you will see I’m not only a pigeon photographer but also a pigeon fancier. I started racing pigeons together with my brother (Gervais) when I was 14 years old. We bought pigeons for middle distance races with in mind the national races for youngsters and we had some very good results on this races. With these middle distance pigeons we entered Barcelona (for the trill) with also some good results but with too many ups and downs. The results ware not the way we wished and we decided to get other pigeons. In 2006 we bought 2 pigeons by Emiel Denys from his long distance flyers and we went to someone who in pigeon circles has enjoyed name and fame because of his sensational performances: Etienne Devos, Deerlijk. He was already a costumer and a close friend and from his place to mine it is only 1 km. Since 2006 more than 50 birds (eggs and yougsters) came directly from Deerlijk to my place, including brothers, sisters, sons and daughters from his best pigeons. Please see below some photos.
