French Formula Two
Model: Formula Two
Chassis type: Ladder frame
Engine type: Citroen, 2 litre, 4 cylinder
We found this car in a French museum, where it was described as a Citroen Maserati.
Apparently it was built and raced just after the war in the South of France.
It uses an Amilcar chassis, Delahaye Suspension, Bugatti brakes and a Citroen engine - a very petriotic special.
We sold the car to our friend Christian Mullaert who has restored it and traced its history. Christian was kind enough to let me test the car at Beauvauchamps airfield recently.
