  Two sittingrooms.
  A dining room for 8 guests.
  1 lounge with diven-couch.
  A completely equipped bath room with shower basin and W.C.
  A recentely furnished kitchen with all facilities : frig, dishwasher, ect.
  A wide terrace of 27 m²
  A staircase gives access to the garden (1.600 m²)
  6 Garden furniture as well as parasols are provided for.
• Storey : 2 large bedrooms with double bode and cupboards, 1 bedroom with 2, 1 person beds and cupboard. Large bathroom with shower, w.c., and double basin with cabinets and weshing.
  The interior of the house is completely renovated, furniture, kitchen, bathroom equipment, matresses, are all new... It can accomodate up to 8 people. Heating is electrically operated, the house providing for all modern confort.

Distractions :

Walking, cycling, riding opportunities are plantiful as well as golf and tenisplaying and swimming also.
Within a radius of 20 km. there are numerous typical villages as well as touristical curiosities worth the visit.
Shopping can easely be made in the neighborhoud in a 10 minutes walk.
Other possibilities can be found at the nearby village of MEYSSAC (5 km.) or at Baulieu sur Dordogne, distant 8 km.
