I was born in Maaseik (B) in an excellent wine year (1972) as first child of Madeleine Leenders & Toon Gielen. Most of the time while growing up was spent in Overpelt. As per my 18th birthday I have left the province of Limburg to stay in Leuven for a while, and in 1995 I moved to Amsterdam [NL] for my first job. I returned to Belgium for my next mission and have a home base in the province of Vlaams Brabant since then.
