Bloodshot Bill
It’s a well-known fact that we from the Monstermash like our one-manbands. We had the fantastic Reverend Beatman and Dead Elvis on our stage and now we present to you the incredible Bloodshot Bill. This Canadian is touring all over the world for years now. Mostly on his own but he also performed with a.o. King Khan and Marc Sultan! His voice is one out of thousand and goes from Presley, Carl Perkins and Cash to Popeye and a right amount of growls, grunts, croons and hiccups. But besides formentioned influences he above all sounds like himself. He brings his rock&roll and hillbilly music in a wild’n’greasy kinda way (thrashy if you want) and on stage it’s madman gone wild. His sound represents rockabilly as it should be, as it used to be, only with his own twist applied to it. To be sure, it is greasy-haired, comb-in-the-back-pocket, cigarette-behind-the-ear, cuffed pant legs, plaid-shirted, foot-stompin', hip-shakin', finger-snappin', tattoo-sportin', needle-to-the-vinyl music for both the one-man band and rockabilly sets alike.
