MOONSHINE REUNION
It’s not the first time we welcome this band on our stage and it will definitely not be the last time. Most of the bandmembers earned their stripes with the party-rockabilly band Los Fabulous Frankies but this time the music is more roots/americana orientated. They serve us large chunks of authentic country and rockabilly with dashes of honky tonk, blues and rock ’n’ roll. Their second full-lenght (“Tired Of Driving”) is even better than their debut (“Sex Trucks & Rock’n’Roll”) and gets a lot of praises from all around. Their latest effort is recorded at Jimmy Sutton’s Hi Style Studio with, offcourse, all vintage equipment. You don’t have to be a rocket-scientest to know these guys will outshine most of the roots-bands nowadays. And everybody who witnessed their cd-presentation this year at Trix in Antwerp will agree with this statement for sure !
