Könnte ich mich eingangs nicht erst einmal darüber wundern, dass so oft von den Künstlern verlangt wird, zu schreiben und so selten von den Historikern, zu zeichnen? Dabei taucht doch sowohl bei unseren Kindern als auch bei unseren Vorfahren das Zeichnen lange vor dem Schreiben auf. Es gibt übrigens kein dem Begriff “analphabetisch” entsprechendes Eigenschafswort, um den Kunsthistoriker zu beschreiben, der vorgibt, nich zeichnen zu können.
