Biography

George S. Clinton was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on 14 June 1947. He went to the Middle Tennessee State University and got a degree in Music and Drama. Working through college playing, he got in contact with various people, including Joe Cochran. Later he worked through influence as a orchestrator on celebrities as Michael Jackson, Joe Cocker and was recording artist for such houses as MCA and Elektra. Through that success, he got the attention of a movie producer and the result was, he scored his first movie namely Cheech and Chong Still Smokin'. The success followed in both Television as Hollywood, making his credentials worthy on American Ninja 2: The Confrontation, Platoon Leader, Ten Little Indians, the Red Shoe Diaries series and the cult favorite Brainscan. Mortal Kombat was his breakthrough so to speak off and followed later by Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery. This all catapulted his career firmly, scoring the two successful sequels The Spy who Shagged Me and Goldmember, followed by such titles as Wild Things, The Astronaut's Wife, Black Dog, Ready to Rumble, The Santa Clause 2, The Big Bounce and Eulogy. Now, he's scoring another Mortal Kombat sequel.
