How I'm doing in preparation for the ½ Marathon, scheduled October 23th in St-Louis, US.

My Personal Objectives:
- Collect personnaly 500 donation in sponsoring TASK (+1,000 by company sponsoring)
- Healthier lifestyle, loose weight by 5kg from 74kg (Feb'11) to 69kg (Oct'11)
- Run a minium of 500km in preparation
- Run and finish the ½ marathon
- Run the ½ marathon in 2,5 hours
