This is the homepage of the Flemish Quiz Ranking (VQR) and its founder Steven De Ceuster. More info at the bottom of this page. If you want even more info, just mail me. (The VQR is the closest Belgium has to a national quiz federation.)

The VQR is the Belgian member of the International Quizzing Association (IQA). More information on the IQA and on recent World and European Quiz Championship can be found on the site of IQA Belgium (www.iqa.be)

The team Martine Van Camp is winner of the VQR for the fourth year in succession

The VQR is a ATP-like ranking of the best quiz teams in Belgium.
Currently some 540 Belgian teams are listed in this ranking. The scores of some 700 quizzes in Belgium (over the last year) are used to make this ranking. These quizzes are divided into 6 categories, depending on their history and the number of strong teams that participate.
Apart from that, some 200 quizzes per year are reviewed. Tens of correspondents send me reports of all the quizzes in which they participate and these are published on the site. The reviews encompass how interesting the questions were, the diversity, the prizes and the level of difficulty of the quiz.
Moreover the site contains hundreds of elaborate quiz questions. That's all the good news. The bad news is that, apart from this page, the entire site is in Dutch. It would be quite impossible to translate all hundreds of pages on this site. So, bring out your dictionaries and start reading ;-).
